Windows 10 mail app missing Winver 21H1 build 19043.1237

I am running Windows 10 21H1 build 19043.1237 with all updates.

The mail app icon is missing and also the mail app file is missing.
I have run my security soft ware which found all ok.
How can I find a Windows 10 mail file to get back my mail?

Hi, history please (almost never given by posters)
    - when did you notice this problem?
    - what happened before that?
    - did you for example try to uninstall one or more apps or programs?

also the mail app file is missing
    - do you mean in the Windowsapps folder or somewhere else?
The mail app icon is missing
From where? Task bar? Start Menu? Both? Have you checked both?

What happens if you search for Mail?

    Basic ideas:
    a. use a System Restore point (if you have an appropriate one).
    b. restore a disk image you've previously created (the routine and regular use of disk imaging is constantly recommended here e.g. Macrium Reflect... so I hope you've bene using it).

As regards simply restoring the Mail app, you should normally be able to do that- simply see the relevant tenforums tutorial - you're free to browse and search the Tutorials section:
Reinstall and Re-register Apps in Windows 10

You can re-register all apps, or just mail (search that for mail, follow instructions at top of section).
I cannot of course guarantee that your data remains.

Just look in the All Programs list, 3 bars top left of Start, for Mail then right click and Pin to Start and/or Pin to Taskbar.
If it is not in the list then go MS Store find it, "Mail and Calendar" and install it.
