How to remove Edge Legacy from standard browser-choice ?

How to remove Edge Legacy from standard browser-choise ? When Edge Chromium is also installed , I can choose between 3 browsers , when looking in the standard browsers ; IE11 , Edge Legacy ( recommended) , Edge .
The point is , Edge Legacy does not function anymore , its been replaced by Edge Chromium , when choosing for Edge Legacy , you get the Edge Chromium ...............so , this choise Edge Legacy is no use at all ........
All files and folders of Edge Legacy will remain in the OS , only icon which is replaced by the new Edge is the contextmenu icon in .pdf-files ; "open with ".
My question is ; how (?) to remove the Edge-Legacy icon in the standard browsers , its bloated and has no use at all , anymore !

If you're in the Windows insider program, the old edge has now been replaced in the most recent fast builds.

Are you wanting to remove the shortcut in the start menu?
In the start menu, right click the Legacy icon and go to more then open file location. Delete the shortcut

" remove the shortcut in the start menu "..........this shortcut will be replaced by new Edge , in the contextmenus also .
The problem is ; it seems un-removable in the standard-browser choise ( see the picture )
Tried to remove the whole old Edge by removing the folder of it .
Then its not possible anymore to use gpedit for Edge , MS Edge is not present anymore in gpedit , if you remove the whole Edge-folder...........you see, its not easy......

I thought the Edge legacy gets removed when edge is updated to Edge chromium
Have you tried uninstalling edge and installing it again
I don't know what else to suggest
