    There is no official Stable version, only the leaked one.

    The release version will be based on the latest Beta which will be version 79.

    It will continue to be updated until the release date on Jan 15 2020 but will still be on version 79.

    I don't have the Edge Canary tile in the start menu so I hadn't noticed that it is now blue:
