Nope I didn't know it was that one Steve, guess it went right over my head. :) You never mentioned which version, I don't think ....Good to know, now I can bug you for help if I need it. :) Only reason I bought an ASUS MB, is thats what you told me to get....about 10 months ago now. :)
This is a very mediocre TI. The highest I can get it is 2050, but not in Heaven. It was running at 2037 as I recall. The memory overclocks fairly well though.
I just ran mine again and my CPU does get up to about 19% in places but mostly stays in the 12-15% range, but that shouldn't affect the score very much. I watched your video and it looks like you should be getting much higher FPS than you are. I may try to do a very short video. I have limited upload speed and it would take me a week to upload a whole video. There were places in yours where it looked like I was getting higher frames, but others where it looked like you were getting higher, so I really don't know. One thing I do know is there should be no way my card can keep up with yours. Just as I told you before, I think a clean install will see your frame rates increase a lot.
This is all very interesting (no, I'm not kidding). I don't trust Heaven scores as a stand alone. Note yet again Worf shows GPU clocks at 2050- 2063 but Heaven reports 2088. I do see meaning, however, in the Worf/essenbe comparison. If Worf is hitting higher clocks (but only slightly higher) you would think his score would be higher, assuming vram, memory and CPU aren't impacting.
How in the world could you figure it out if Heaven doesn't provide separate component scoring? We won't know the CPU impact until Worf gives Nessie a break from doing all the work and gets a decent CPU to match that GPU.
The master is on line, doorules. Perhaps he has planted all his crops and we are all praying for a good yield so he can show us the best of next year's hardware. Perhaps he can also add to this conversation about Heaven.
In Heaven, whatever your clocks are when the test begins, Heaven will report that clock speed the whole test.
