    Macrium Reflect Update

I did a search for information on issues with Macrium Reflect Free updates, but everything was fairly old.
I am running windows 10 Home Version H22H2 and this morning I got a popup to update the Macrium Reflect so I clicked to download and install the update, but I keep getting an error HTTP Error - 403.
I then opened up macrium and tried to update it that way with the same message.
Any suggestion since the update is dated for December 1, 2023 so the update should be available.

Server issues at Macrium, it's not the first time I've seen this happen for a newly released update, and probably won't be the last.

It's all fixed now and the update downloads and installs OK.

    Free version

Be aware though that the free version will not offer any updates after January. They're ending it.

Thanks for all the information. I just tried again this morning and the dowload worked without any issues.

Not sure I'm on the correct thread but i have a similar problem with Macrium since their last update. I got an error when doing a clone of my SSD which was the first one in over three years. The error was: "Clone Failed - Error 9 - Read Failed - 23- Data Error (Cyclical Redundancy Check)". I then tried a different SSD and had the same result. I have also discovered that both of the drives I tried to clone to are now unusable! If I try to use either of them, a message says that I need recovery tools (error 0c000000e). Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

A CRC error means there's corruption of the data on the disk to which that message pertains.

You can check the disks with e.g.
    Crystal Diskinfo (free)
Hard Disk Sentinel (includes SSDs) - more informative short outcome. Free trial.
Just launch the program. Portable versions available.

It sounds like the data on the source disk is problematic.

Note that chkdsk is an inadequate check here (totally different function).

I have also discovered that both of the drives I tried to clone to are now unusable!
Do you mean you can't e.g. format them? Delete any partitions created? In what way are they not usable?
It's likely the cloning process was aborted so SOMETHING may have been written to them.. but if you were expecting them to be e.g. a working bootable Win 10 O/S, you shouldn't expect that given the error.
