Must be something wrong with this EFI partition. Let us rebuild it. Open command prompt. Save some typing by Copy and paste the following lines to run:

    diskpart
    select disk 1
    select par 1
    delete partition override
    create partition EFI
    format quick fs=FAT32
    assign letter=S
    exit
    bcdboot F:\Windows /s S: /f UEFI

What is delete partition override; is that just the name of the partition ?

Some partition types are "protected". I suppose the idea is that by typing the extra word "override", you are aware you are deleting a "protected" partition.

I would like if @topgundcp would explain because when I attempt to run the command; delete partition override, I get an error that Delete is not allowed on the current boot, system, pagefile, crashdump or hibernation volume ?

Often Windows will create a second recovery partition during an upgrade if the current recovery partitions cannot be expanded. If this happens the old recovery partitions can be deleted.
