Creating a Boot Disk in Windows 10

I want to create a simple boot disk that will boot into Windows recovery.I tried in 'Backup and Restore (Windows 7)' and selected 'Create a system repair disk' but,it tells me there files needed to create a system repair disk were not found...'I get no other instructions.
Also, I've been to the media creation page but it gives me the impression that it creates an
installation disk as opposed to a boot disk.
    Any ideas?James

Hi, Options 4, 5 may be of interest:
Boot to Advanced Startup Options in Windows 10

and yes, Option 5 uses a Win 10 install disk

    from
    Windows 10 Tutorial Index
which you're free to browse and search.

You might need to fix the recovery sequence.

Try this first from elevated cmd prompt
    reagentc /disable
    reagentc /enable

That might fix it, if not there is a bit more fiddling around.
