Seems Home Edition is chat support only, according to the chap who phoned me after I sent a chat message with a problem phone support is NOT available with Home edition, only if the support guys decide to phone you or not at their discretion. I have bought Home Ed with the 50% discount. Must admit it looks a bit daunting to me but time will tell. I am sure I will be posting my woes here soon .

Essentials Support seems to be the same as Standard Support, with the exception that it cannot be upgraded to Premium Support, or renewed at the end of the 12 months.

Standard Support includes access to support via email, our KnowledgeBase and our customer forum.
We also offer a Premium Support option which includes priority response and telephone support...
