Seems Home Edition is chat support only, according to the chap who phoned me after I sent a chat message with a problem phone support is NOT available with Home edition, only if the support guys decide to phone you or not at their discretion. I have bought Home Ed with the 50% discount. Must admit it looks a bit daunting to me but time will tell. I am sure I will be posting my woes here soon.
