    Receiving Error Code 0x800700b7 while performing back up for my laptop


    Hi everyone!

    Receive error code 0x800700b7 when proceeding with back-up.
    My OS is Windows 10 with the latest updated and drivers.
    This error keep annoying me for the last week.

    I've already scanned my laptop for viruses and malware and checked HDD + SDD for any errors.
    Did not help. Still receive this error.

    Hi Kevin F. Welcome to the TenForums @Kevin F

    I would delete your current backup job and start new.

    Actually I would be using another tool entirely. I believe this is the tool you are using and even Microsoft is recommending finding alternatives.
