    Backups


    I backup my pc on a daily basis to external drive. Each time, I get a comment that some files were not backed up. I really don't why this happens and would like to get rid of it but I don't know how. They are old and deleted files. How do I clean this up?

    Hello Avelardo,

    That message means that a folder or file that you set to be included in your backup no longer exists, so it wasn't included in the backup.

    You can go back into your backup settings to remove this folder or file to no longer be included in the backup to stop the message.

    Are you using "Windows Backup", "File History", or something else to backup?
