Oh, @Lizzy .... Not real urgent, but you should do a backup, to test and make sure it will image & verify. You've got plenty of room. TC
Morning (Afternoon), Lizzy!
Leaving you some homework before we do Simrick's scans. Please download and install a program call Speccy. Speccy - Standard
This program will give you, and us, a wealth of info about the specs of your system, and you might learn a few things about your system you did not know.
First screen you will see looks like this:
Click FILE, then "Save as text file"
Choose to save it to your Desktop, leave the file name as is, and click SAVE. When done, you can close Speccy (or browse around in it, if you like).
As a general guide, here is the tutorial for updating your system specs here on TenForums. Doing this will help you and anyone else working with you. It will answer a lot of questions about your system without having to ask you. System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums - Windows 10 Forums
Use the tutorial as a guide to filling out the specs, but use the Speccy data (on your desktop) for the info.
Simply open the Speccy data file in one window and your browser in another. Go to your CP here in TenForums to enter the system specs. Copy from the Speccy data and paste into the CP system specs! Follow the outline in the tutorial, it's easy.
When done, you can see what it looks like to everyone else by clicking "My System Specs" at the bottom left of any post you've made.
Last, post the Speccy data file on this thread. NOT the contents, no copy/paste, the whole file itself. Like posting a screenshot, but it's a file.
Thanks....TC

Ok! will do, but not right away. The first one we did imaged and verified ok. I think I may have an idea why my docking station is not always working. It's possible Windows was closing it after a period of time to save power. I changed this via device manager, so maybe it will work. I tried ejecting a flash drive and it worked.
Wow! Good job on the System specs! That wasn't too hard, was it? Did you learn anything about your laptop you didn't know?
Sorry to butt in here, but it looks like Lizzy is displaying her Windows KEY # ....should black that out, or delete it.
