Defender Keeps Notifying About The Same Threat

Like the title says. Every 10 to 20 minutes I get a notification that Defender found a threat. In the Security Center it sure seems like it is removed or whatever Defender does but it keeps coming back.

Yes and it says its removed or whatever, yet it keeps finding it again. I am running a full scan. I get the notifications while the scan is running too. Will fill in some details in a bit.

Yep. Good thing I didn't tear apart my computer as some would suggest, when it wasn't my issue.
