    Protection History Question

Question on Protection History. See screenshot.
On Protection History, how do I delete only the 2 items for Severe listings? In the past, I seem to remember deleting entries like this in the Protection History page with 1 or 2 clicks. However, I don’t see that delete option now.
    Thanks,
    Jerry

With this batch script you can clear protection history in Windows Defender on Windows 10.

    Hello -

When I tried to download the batch file, Windows Defender blocked it, unless I would allow it. However, I don't know if your batch file would do what I want. I'm guessing your batch file would give me the links to delete my complete listings under Protection History.

I wish to only delete the listings as shown in my screenshot.

If I am wrong on this, please advise.

    Thanks,

    Jerry

Batch script deletes detected thread logs you can also use it to configure when protection history logs will be deleted automatically.

I ran the batch file and it cleared my files. Thanks for the easy steps.

However, it appears I must be logged into this forum to activate the batch file. I tried to copy and paste the batch file to Microsoft Word and open it from there, but I got a Malware block when I did.

Is there a way to open up the batch file outside of logging into the forum?

I can guarantee that the Batch Script from FreeBooter is safe to download and run.

To Open [ NOT Run ] and view the Batch Script outside of logging into the Forum, right-click on the Delete_Windows_Defender_Protection_History.bat file > Edit > Run.

    I hope this helps.

I tried it again. Windows Defender block did not appear, but the Malware block did appear. I then turned Off Malware and it did work. So, I should be okay. However, I will check again to be sure.
    Thanks,
