    Is this any help?
In the past those getting early Platforms had these entries:
    Code:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Defender\MpEngine
        MpCampGradualRelease REG_DWORD 0x1
        MpCampRing REG_DWORD 0x3
        MpEngineRing REG_DWORD 0x3

    So who knows now?

I can confirm Antimalware Platform v4.18.2010.4 is the culprit.

You can roll back to a previous version of the platform by running the following in an elevated Command prompt -

    “%programdata%\microsoft\windows defender\platform\Version to rollback to\mpcmdrun.exe” -revertplatform

    Example -

    “%programdata%\microsoft\windows defender\platform\4.18.2009.2-0\mpcmdrun.exe” -revertplatform

    Good day.

I already did that but it didn't work as expected. Windows 10 reinstalled 4.18.2010.4 after a few seconds.
I will wait for an update. I am not in a hurry. Even if Exclusion list isn't visible it seems to be working properly.

Bleeping Computer's user jenae has posted this command that will fix the issue. Run Powershell as administrator.

    Remove-Item -Path "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Service\*" -Verbose
