Windows Defender popup notifications disappeared on new 1909 version!

Ive clean installed version 1909. When I run a Full manual scan with Windows Defender i'm no longer getting a Notification popup about the scan saying no threats were detected as I always have on all previous Windows 10 versions. I am waiting to see if the same thing happens when Windows Defender runs automated background scans as well. Ive clean installed twice to see if it was just a problem with the first installation but it has happened on both installations. Im wondering if it is a deliberate change that has been made for version 1909.
Is anyone else seeing this ? I know its not a major problem but im curious to find out why it is happening and to find out if other users are also experiencing this?

Update

My 1909 clean installation was done yesterday. I noticed the missing Defender notification late last night when I ran my first manual scan (A Full Scan). I used my PC again today for several hours to see if any automatic background scans might produce a notification..I didn't get any notifications but I don't know if any scans had been automatically done or not during this time. A couple of hours ago I thought I'd try a manual Quick Scan...this time I got the notification. After that, I immediately ran a Full Scan to test again. Again I got the notification. I switched off my PC and powered up again a couple of hours later. Another Defender Notification was there as soon as I signed into Windows. This time it was the Windows Defender Summary notification informing me that my last three scans had produced no threats.
I wonder if it just occurs immediately after a clean 1909 installation after your first scan and then its OK after that?
I did notice too that there was an update to the Windows Defender Antivirus antimalware platform version 4.18.1911.3 installed yesterday after the clean install. My Windows Defender scan which didn't produce a Notification was done several hours after that Antimalware update.
Could it have had something to do with that Antimalware Update..I really don't know..im guessing really. I just know that its something that's never happened before for me on any previous Windows 10 versions

I too had the pop-ups in "Action Center" after WD scans (possibly WD Verification task doing this) but then I had an WD task issue that I managed to fix and everything is automatically scanning each day but no more notifications about defender scans in "Action Center". I am on W10 1909 OS build 18363.900, possibly WD update KB2267602 June26 caused this

well after I roll back from 2004 to 1909 back on 22nd I never gotten windows summary scan notification however I restarted my computer yesterday

task ran today and I got summary scan

seeing its now july i'm trying to figure out if I should try again if windows defender scheduler scan clean up and windows maintenance will run after verification scan will

and hopefully colors custom won't change back to light like 1st time I went into 2004 back on 16th besides app browser control went off after 2 days going into 2004 I had to turn back on

so I don't know what you guys think too soon should give few more weeks I never went back into a older version windows and stayed long time and not go back the newest version before

june 23-july 1st time i actually stayed on older version aka 1909 after rollback and didn't go back into newer version on the dot for 2nd time around

I can get the scan summary notification (Action Center, Toast Notification, see picture) when I click on Start Maintenance in Automatic Maintenance in Security and Maintenance Control Panel, but I don't get that notification when the scans run on schedule (all 4 completed 0x0). I now have enabled Cloud, Tamper, Submit Samples and Ransomware options in WD to see if that will trigger the notifications, I had the WD notifications before with my 1909 build 18363.900, Home, x64 version so don't understand why it stopped

It is here reported that the WDToast notification is a weekly event that may explain our confusion:

it is stated: "The notifications feature (previously known as Enhanced notifications) lets users know about the latest scan results and presents weekly summaries. As the feature increases the number of Windows Defender Antivirus messages (toasts) in Action Center, some of you might want to turn it off."
So these action center notifications are weekly summaries of automatic WD scans while we were expecting the Toasts to appear right after each scheduled scan.

Just to update you on my 2004, Task Scheduler shows all the Defender tasks have run within the last two days.....

...and the last of which, Windows Defender Verification, produced this notification.....
