Did you try making a Recovery Drive? That can do the factory reset too.

PS: Welcome to this thread @simrick, I was hoping you would join in and lend your considerable expertise. The offline scan from Kyhi's disk is an excellent suggestion (wish I'd thought of that :)).
Happy to help, if I can. Kyhi's tool has saved many a computers from disaster.

Right now I am downloading the tool to do this says that I have an hour and 23 minutes remaining for the download. However, I'm having some slight concern because it's saying that I cannot do a recovery on this PC like I said whatever has been planted in this computer it's very nasty it's lock things down. I can browse internet download things no problem but when it comes to taking measures to remove whatever's on this computer it's so deep it won't allow you to do it
Belial, I suggest you find a clean computer to download Kyhi's rescue media and create the flash drive. It would not be prudent to try and do it from your compromised system.

If simrick's suggestion doesn't help, you may be able to download 'factory reset' recovery media from your PC's manufacturer. If you edit your system specs to add the make and model details it would help us find out what's available.

    Edit them here: https://www.tenforums.com/profile.php?do=extra

Makes no difference once you boot the system to Kyhi's rescue media. Your Windows operating system will not be running; therefore, the infection will be dormant, and Malwarebytes should be able to give you control back of your system after it's run, cleared out what it found, and you boot back into your OS.

And, as Bree suggested, it would help very much if you could provide the log files of what has been found on the system. Some infections have very specific removal methods.

    1) As above Kyhi boot rescue should give you recovery options:
Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk - Windows 10 Forums
    These are some additional options:
    2) On a working computer: create a bootable windows 10 iso:
    Download Windows 10
    This has options for:
    a) clean install:
Clean Install Windows 10 Windows 10 Tutorials
    b) system restore
    c) startup repair
    d) command prompt
    3) Also see if it is possible to open Windows defender and perform an advanced scan > Windows defender offline scan:

Unknown. You haven't filled in your system specs, so we have no idea what sort of system you have.

Why don't you take a break, grab a flash drive at the store tomorrow. But, again, I don't know how reliable that download will be on an infected system. Perhaps you could download it tomorrow on a friend's clean system.

I don't know why but I'm having a very difficult time in rebooting into recovery so that I can have the option to use a boot disk to upload Windows. I've tried everything what is the easiest way to where I can restart the computer and then bam I'm into recovery mode. Safe mode with this nasty virus on his computer goes Haywire it acts weird as hell. I just want the option to be able to boot into recovery
