    yes i did. i already played around alot with slmgr /upk etc but slmgr.vbs /dlv all keeps showing me the KMS activation

    Why don't you call Microsoft support? They might be able to activate Windows 10 with the new key you bought.

    If they can't help you and you really want an activated copy Windows you might have to do a clean install Windows 10. Then you can activate Windows with the new key.
