I think it was sitting on an install button but Settings hadn't refreshed. Closed and opened Settings and it appeared.

KB5000630 Servicing Stack Update (SSU) has also been released along with KB5000626.

Getting it now...

I didnt have it initially, but then I had to do a clean format and enable insider again and it appeared.

It didn't appear in Windows Update. It was just listed as installed in Control Panel > Programs and Features > Installed Updates after the restart from KB5000626.

Very fast update at just over 8 minutes.
