KB4524570 CU Win 10 v1903 build 18362.476 & v1909 build 18363.476 Win Update

New surface Pro that had 1809 17763.379 installed from factory. Crossed my fingers and checked for updates. After 2 hours and approximately 60 + items to be updated, it now sits on 1909 18363.476 without a hiccup!

Installing it now on my PC (1903 currently - might give it a go and move to 1909 later today) - so far this KB is taking its time.

EDITED TO ADD: Done, took nearly 20 minutes to deploy and was sweating to the very last % of its progress.

Now there's a dilemma:

I have restarted and checked for updates and it shows optional update available 1909 but when i check for updated again it does not download the optional update.

You need to click on "Download and Install now", not just keep checking for updates since this is an optional update.

RK1997 Thanks for the reply...I am using the Windows Dark Theme and did not see the Download now as it is not visible unless i moused over it....

This did not work for 3 out of my 4 window 19 machines, what did work was a Repair install using the MCT all 4 up and working the only issue I have for sure is one of my proprietary Business software a dll got corrupted, It looks like I'll have to reinstall this software to fix it. No worries i have back ups of the Data. Monday I'll be able to work with the engineers of the software to get this fixed.

update the proprietary software was disabled by a Office update MS has a fix but is not releasing it until December 10 I rolled back the office update and VBound is working again. Have update paused until the Dec 11
To be clear
desktop 1 ran this KB and no enablement package was ever offered
Notebook 2 Same I remained at 1903 no enablement package was ever offered
Desktop3 Ran this and was updated to 1909 with one install the enablement is in this package
Notebook 4 Ran this package and did not update to 1909 No enablement package was ever offered
I was offshore for a week and when i got in I see that the MCT is now showing as 1909 so I just did a Repair install on each of the units that were still at 18362.476 this worked with no issues that I have found so far on all three.
