    Thanks that is helpful. Can I load the Win10 driver versions whilst still on Win8.1 , and then retry Win10 upgrade?

    Same uninformative error & no network or graphics card.

    I get the same error on upgrading from Win 8.1 to Win 10. I had no network, and graphics card not recognised. Reverted back. I would really like to know what has failed, and how to get Win10 running....
