I cannot get to it, I click on the command prompt button and it shows an option , choose an account to continue , but the only account shown is the jamey jamme account.

The other options do the same thing. except startup setting and i dont know what to do with that

I do that and a screen comes up with option with continue , troubleshoot and turn off. I choose trouble shoot. Then I get reset this pc (that just goes back to the same problem ) and advanced. ...

Sadly, the only options that button shows is sleep, shut down and restart. but I'll try it again
