Okay, sorry about the leaving you hanging bit, was away from home. I haven't had a crash since removing avast. I don't have any idea why that is, and I have no idea how that fixed anything....
...I have just installed Avast, are you kidding me?
EDIT: Uninstalled, and re-enabled Defender. I am just stunned that Avast, in less than 2 days, caused a crash
And I got another crash while running it. It was on ~37th minute. Temps (Using HWMonitor, since FurMark is showing COMPLETELY incorrect numbers) were at 65-73. 65 was the video card, and 73 was the...
How do I tell if there are artifacts when it is running at 5fps?
Also, there is no way it is reading the temp right. It started at 10 degrees, and went up to room temp. It can't be running that cool
Tried that. BIOS won't let me change any of the memory settings. It won't let me drop down to a lower MHz, it won't let me change any of the power settings. And XMP was disabled upon me checking.
Okay, will try that.
Okay, I will try to wipe AMD Graphics, because I can't get CCC to open up. Also, I have an APU, so not sure how I would stress-test something that I don't have. Or is the process the same?
Also, I validated both DIMM, and both slots
...I only have 2 slots. It says I have 4?
I have a crash report. Bug Code 0x0A
Okay, Driver Verifier is running, pc didn't instantly crash, and I created a restore point ahead of time. All in all, everything seems to be going well
I'll post them (There have been two more crashes. One when the PC was idle, and I wasn't there to see it, and the other when I shut down the PC. Almost thought the PC was going to crash EVERY time I...
Yea, glad I didn't close this thread. Got another crash, playing Call of Duty, World at War Zombies custom map from this page Cheese Cube Unlimited: Cube of Circles Page 1 - Releases - UGX-Mods.
...
So, should I mark it as solved for now, or wait a week, and then mark it?
Well, it has been a full day, and no crashes. Even doing the normal things to cause a crash. So, it looks like it was just a driver issue
Sure thing87359 Also, as you can see, no crashes, no errors, and as such, it looks like both slots on my motherboard, and both RAM sticks are okay. Unless the speed is an issue
I have a question. Should my RAM be running faster than 369 MHz? Or is that an error on Memtest's part?
All right, first slot and first stick are clear of issues. Later today I will test the second stick. If that turns up clear, it isn't a slot or a stick issue.
It's a USB dongle. I found an update for it, and I either installed it, or just downloaded it. It was getting late, so I started running memtest. I didn't realize it was going to be this slow
This...isn't going well. Finished 2 passes, on 17% of the third, and I am on hour 10! Question: If it crashes while doing this, that means, for sure, hardware failure, right? Because this might take...
Hello, and as the title states, I have (from what Log Collector has said) 37 crashes. Ranging from 0x0d1, 0x0109, 0x00a, and possibly others. First off, some of the crashes were because my network...
