Thank you for the Link, that resolved the missing 'mount' option for future reference. I had already run sfc /scannow :) .
Now I just need to figure out how why the 1511 upgrade says the language...
Well I downlaoded the WIndows 10 1511 ISO.
First problem I encountered is I have no 'Mount' option when I right click on the ISO, so I burned it to a DVD and ran setup.exe from there.
2nd problem...

re the programs, I have uninstalled Smart Defrag (which I did not use anyway) and AI Suite 3 using the uninstall feature in Programs and Features....
I just checked one of my other PCs and Windows update automatically upgraded it to 1511 just a few days ago, so I assume Windows update is a bit slow upgrading the PC that has the bugcheck issue.
