"Bluetooth Settings" is missing and not showing

When i go my Settings > Devices, here is what you'll see:

As you notice, the Bluetooth settings appears to be missing.

Help me!

Opening my games is not a problem at all, It's not minimizing at first, but when I plug in my headphones this pops up:

When I type it, it says "You must be an administrator running a console session in order to use the sfc utility."

When you right click any file, you can see the Open with... dialog.
When I click it, nothing happens. :(

:sleepy: I kept on waiting but the Open with window is still not popping out of my screen....
