ZHP found three items, which I repaired afterward. The link for Webkick, however, fails to load, timing out like the rest of the sites. Here is also the MTB log.
Here are just a few bookmarks of mine that don't connect:

My DNS was set to Cloudflare's about a day prior to the incident happening. Changing to Google's DNS did not resolve the issue, so I switched back. Router has also been reset, to no success.
So doing those produced no results either. At this point, I'm not sure if it's something going on with my ISP or not.
As for updates, the last drivers were Apple USB device drivers on 4/27/2018,...
That seems to have resolved some of the websites, but there are still some that time out, and online gaming is still impossible.
This issue happens with Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. They all have the same issue.
Power cycling the router and restarting all connected devices did not fix the issue.
Just today, I have been having a problem connecting to some web pages. When entering some sites to the address bar, no matter the browser, it tries to connect, but eventually times out. Googling said...

dencal,
That unfortunately didn't work either, even dragging the shortcut itself to the toolbar.
Brink,
Google Chrome isn't found in that folder at all.
Okay, so not only have I reset Chrome and signed out, but also uninstalled it again. It remains there on the admin account and the newly created test account. Another interesting thing is that,...
Alright, I've tried a clean boot, even trying another clean uninstall/reinstall from my admin account. Once again, Chrome is there for a few moments at startup, and then vanishes. Virus/malware scans...
After running the batch file, and re-pinning my apps to the taskbar, a reboot still has Chrome removing itself. It seemed hopeful, since it was there when I first logged in, but then it vanished a...
Just tested another app. That stays on the taskbar upon reboot, but Chrome still vanishes. Running the Chrome Cleanup Tool shows "No Programs Found," despite having Chrome still installed. I don't...
Just as the title says, the Chrome shortcut isn't staying pinned to the taskbar. Something of note is that upon logging in, it's there for a few moments, only to remove itself. It's also reappearing...
