Just a final feedback on my problem:

Finally solved by reverting drivers of Intel/Radeon.

So the problem was video card drivers in my situation (smart switchable graphics)

After I install programs below, I had one freeze then after hard restart, a blue screen (irql_not_less_or_equal) about 10 minutes after boot.
