I Myself only use Edge Browser.
That does all sites including Facebook
Also that is why I am not seeing the issue you are having

Is this only happening with IE11

As I have not seen it as I don't use IE11 on any of my systems

It did on mine when I was using windows 8.1 and IE11

No just clear cache and history
Then run Ccleaner
Then a Restart as I have already posted twice already

Try clearing your cache and history
Then try Ccleaner
Then do a Restart
I was using Google when this happened but mine was 8.1 not 10

If you read properly I said to clear the cache like I did in windows 8.1 that should FIX IT

Never put Bing is a Browser.
Edge is a browser
So with Bing as search engine and edge as browser
It brings the same as IE11 and Google
I missed that bit out

The problem you are getting is to do with IE11 not loading your web pages properly.
I had this problem on windows 8.1.
Since upgrading to 10 and disabling IE11 and using Bing the problem has gone....
