Some dumps can be a bit clear :), this + various BSODs + BSODs in safe mode are clear signs of hardware errors.

The memory test & SeaTools are DOS tests, meaning you can perform them when you're not in Windows :)
You only need a system for a few minutes to install the tests on a USB.
This is enough for some troubleshooting suggestions.
Please try running following tests, make photos of the results and post them.
