Can you let me know how I should utilize these? As the localdumps folder is not present I'm not sure if I should just copy them in somewhere or what? Not too keen on messing with the registry...
I also attempted to do the link you posted from MS but that registry folder "LocalDumps" is not there: http://i.imgur.com/UwSYydl.png
I will do this tonight. But just an update I went ahead and did another clean install just for the hell of it. I haven't installed or updated anything outside of the first batch of windows updates...
I have no clue man...just played Dota and it crashed very frequently all with the same "Critical process died" BSOD error. I was thinking it could be a faulty GPU but occassionally when I play...
That folder didn't seem to be there - I created it now. I'm guessing we will have to wait for another BSOD for the files to be put in there?

That's very strange...I've had it for a while too and this is the first real issue I've had...everything else has been pretty great and smooth. You may need to look at your hardware to ensure it is...
What will the minidump folder be called? I'm in the windows folder currently but nothing stands out.
I've already configured my system with the instructions from the first two options for minidumpos....I will do the third now but I'm not sure what else I can do to make it appear.
Here are...
I've had a few more BSODs, one time it said kernel_data_inpage_error instead of the critical process died. Attached is the log collector file
Been away for a little while - got back to it today. CPU lasted about an hour before a BSOD. File attached.
If there are no Minidumps here I'm not sure what else to do as I've followed 2 of the...
I did have it set up as option 1 instructed. I followed the instructions for option 2 now, perhaps that method will work.
Will post up again once I get another BSOD....
Did a clean install of Win10 on the 30th and was having BSOD issues prior to updating as well. I'm not sure if something is triggering it as sometimes it seems to take a while before happening while...
Ah my bad - file is attached here.
Well we had another crash - where do I find the minidump?
I've changed my settings so that it automatically does the Minidumps - is that the best method as opposed to what it was already set to with Automatic memory dump?
So because I didn't have this...
AMD recently updated their driver for Win10 and now actually have a specific download designated for it. Of course it could still be messed but I hope it isn't the main cause as this has not always...
I recently did a clean install of 10130 due to the 10240 build not working properly. Everything is running fine again but I am getting frequent BSODs with the "Critical Process Died" label. Does...
Perhaps stacking is the problem. I've reverted back to 10130 for now and will probably wait until the 7.29 release to do the clean .ISO install from a USB.
What do you mean by you "doubt that...
This build has easily started off as the most unreliable of them all for me. Everything seems to respond slower, even dragging icons across my screens. Chrome freezes and or crashes frequently, the...
I'm on Win10 Build 10130 and have just noticed this problem for the first time. From the Updates window (http://i.imgur.com/R4DooGc.png) this update just sits at 57%. I can't cancel, restart or...
No I haven't - I'll give that a shot next time it happens and see if it works as well. I've always just uninstalled//reinstalled.
This happened on the previous build as well but I was hoping it would be fixed with the newer build. I have a AMD R9 280X GPU which I connect with an HDMI cable to my one monitor with built in...
This worked thank you very much. I didn't think I would have to completely uninstall the device + driver and reinstall the same one.
After updating to the latest build the speakers of my ASUS monitor aren't being recognized as being connected and thus can't be used....
