ok that was weird. I went into the Services and found the svchost.exe file that was taking 49% of my cpu and ended it. Now all is working fine and I am back to 1% - 10% cpu usage.

The problem I see when I expand the Service Host: Local System (18) is that it don't show which ones are using what :(
