The registry edit DOES make shuffle happen.

Yesterday, I was on 10240. NOT running 24 / 7, and booting many times a day.
So, this morning, I attached 10240 to the board and NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME.
The system froze and became unusable. ...

Even with build 10240, seems like slideshow shuffle might be permanently gone.
They now use albums with sequential displays.
So, like I do, one has about 10,000 wallpapers, sequential displaying...
