I'll be interested to hear how it goes. After you get all the folders moved to the duplicate account, you can make it the default and remove the other one. I would make copies of the PST/OST files...
You could drag and drop all the folders into the duplicate account. It would be a little tedious, but I tried it in Outlook 2013 and it works.
What you're saying is technically true, but the OP is talking about the subscription model vs. a “one-off payment”, not whether the license is owned or leased. You're correct that Microsoft is not...
I've been missing Digital Image Pro 10. I decided to run it in a virtual machine, but ran into issues. Then I discovered this video, which shows how to install DIP 10 directly on Windows 10/11. ...
If you send email to your own email address in Outlook, what happens?
By the way, can someone post a link to the account page where the MS Office licenses are registered? - this is the page where licenses are associated with specific PCs. I'm considering moving a...
By the way, I don't think that uninstalling Office removed my Outlook pst files. The backup is a precaution in case something goes wrong. You may not need to copy them back 👍
I don't believe there's an "in place" upgrade unfortunately. What I did was back up the Outlook data files first. You can find them if you go to Control Panel/Mail/Data Files. Uninstall the old...
Well, my post was from five years ago, so I can't answer with certainty. I believe I made backups of the Outlook PST/OST files as a precaution and left the originals in place. Then, when I...
When you say Office "2023" did you mean Office 2021? There's no Office 2023 AFAIK.
Regarding features, is there anything in particular you're concerned about? Office 2021 is capable of doing...
Take a look at Atlantis Word Processor. The lite version is free and the full version is free for 30 days.

To be clear, by "legit" I meant that the offer was not a scam; I bought one copy and got a license that activated and the software worked as expected. Whether the license keys are being sold in the...
I got that deal from ghacks.net and it's legit.
The file may simply be corrupted
I'm just curious can you link to it on PC World? By the way what did you pay for it? It seems to keep bouncing back and forth between $30 & $40 US.
Yes, that's exactly what I'm looking for. Thanks!
I recently helped setup a new Windows 10 PC and I created a password protected local admin account for the user. He's used to the computer booting up to the desktop without requiring a password and...
I look forward to the reply you get. Hopefully Ghacks will address this. Are there examples of Microsoft Office licenses initially registering/activating properly and then becoming invalid later on?
What is the difference between "Office Professional" and "Office Professional Plus" in terms of the license?
Why do you think it might not continue to work? Since it appears in the Microsoft account I'd be inclined to trust that it will remain available.
I setup Outlook 2016 on a new PC with three email accounts; one is Gmail and the other two are Outlook.com/Exchange accounts. One thing I use the Gmail account for is syncing calendars across my...
There's a new link for the sale which went active today - 11/30/22 - and says it will be active for a week.

I believe you're correct. Once the product is installed and activated it shows up in the Microsoft account. I have an Office 2016 license that I activated about four years ago and recently moved to...
Sorry if I was unclear. The history of Office is previous versions continue to receive security updates (for a time), but are not eligible for a free update/upgrade to a new version. For instance I...
It hasn't been the case with any of the previous versions so I wouldn't expect it to.
