10586 is a general release to the public. 11082 and now 11099 are Insider beta releases, hence the watermark say evaluation. Nothing to worry about.
Have you guys checked the event logs around that time? Might show you if an error is logged pointing to the "Bong!" sound and quick screen error. Could be a flaky driver.
Had to trick WU to get 11099. Stopped insider program. Chose 1 day for delay. rebooted. Resumed Insider program. rebooted. Check for updates..... and down she came! All seems fine, except...

Being an Insider Tester on Beta software was/is never intended by MS to encourage anyone to use it as their main day-to-day OS. They even discourage it. Faster insider builds gets the test OS out...
