Try turning on fast startup and see what happens. I think fast startup has cause some issues on earlier builds. I might try an upgrade install and see if that fixes the issues.

I think it is because they suspended the builds it also suspended the feedback. I don't even have the windows feedback app listed in the start menu or application list.

Fixed or at least a workaround. I disabled fast startup in windows 10.

The two things I did before this issue is turn on Cortana and Show Search/Cortana icon instead of the search box.
