No answer yet because I am unable to install Win-10 on my computer. The motherboard (bios?) lacks the required drivers. The manufacturer reports that they are working on the problem.

It is not clear exactly what problem you experienced that was solved by using this third party app. If you can be more specific it would help others.

I would advise that you search the HP web site for driver updates that will allow you to install Win-10 on this computer. It is expected that most manufacturers will (eventually) make such updates...
