Thank you, any idea about my steam games i have installed as not long bought Microsoft flight sim x edition and but have my own copy's of other games like mafia 2 etc? could i just re install them?...

I ask this as i currently have no way to do any form of backup and wont be able to for some time but the only things i would need when i do upgrade is my chrome passwords and my steam games as have...

lol, Im gonna wait till i get enough disc's and then do a system image, then gonna do a factory reset and then upgrade. Cheers for help.

No virus that i know and im gonna re check the spy ware but this has only been happening since the pop up notification, every thing was perfect before.

No as it didn't come with a disc but it does have the acer e recovery program installed from the initial startup and have used that to re install drivers and such. I bought the notebook pc brand new...
