What part of fresh install isn't clear here?

How exactly are you going to re-install a previous version of Windows if you have deleted the windows.old file? Not possible I am the one who originally said that you can reinstall older windows...

Normally I would agree with the idea of clean install but if you delete old.windows file by doing a fresh install you will not be able to roll back to your previous versions of windows. As of now...
