Yes you can hide it somewhat with changing saturation, the problem is it messes with other stuff.
Before you could just lower color intensity and that was it, perfect.

But since it no longer does...

It's that slider I am using, does not work anymore since anniversary edition.
It broke the color intensity, it does nothing anymore.

And that was the thing that you could use to almost remove...

Before anniversary "update" you could tint your border color around windows to almost feint using the slider "color intensity" to zero.

It is not longer possible after anniversary edition, nothing...
