Update Deleted At Least One Of My Files

Win 10 21H1 (OS Build 19043, 1288). I just did a Windows update KB5006670 and KB5005539. After restarting the first thing I do is start up KeePass. The app could not find the data file. It was not in the folder where it is normally located. It was not in the trash either. I have a very recent backup so I could replace the missing file.

My big concern is what other files might be missing after doing the update? I can't think of a way to know what all might be missing. Is there anything I can do other than proceed and hope I don't encounter other important missing files?

Windows updates won't delete data that is not part of Windows 10 system files.

FreeBooter, Of course that is true. Which is why I find this missing file so strange. If I had deleted it then it would have been in the trash (trash hadn't been emptied for a few days) but it was not in the trash. It was simply gone!
