    Windows 10 printer sharing problem

Hello, I have a problem with windows 10 and a dot matrix epson lx350 printer. I installed the printer and it works ok on the host, I shared it across the network, and then I added it to the other pcs in the network. The problem is that the network printing works only until one of the pcs reboot, it doesnt matter if it is the pc connected to the printer or the ones accessing it through the network. After a reboot I get various errors, such as „needs new driver” or „cant connect” or „authentication error”. All systems run windows 10 1903 and I tried various drivers but to no avail. Is there any way for me to bypass this or do you know any print server compatbile with dot matrix epson printers that works (I didnt find any that explicitly supports this).
Note:the host system always works with it and the workaround is to simply remove and reinstall the network printer which I find a bit of a hassle for the emplyees. Thank you.

This will probably be your best bet. StarTech.com 1-Port 10/100 Mbps Parallel Network Print Server - Fast Centronics Ethernet Printer Server Adapter - Windows 10 (PM1115P2) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HJZEAC8..._aQrRDbXK65MFX

I agree with the StarTech solution. It will work much better than trying to share this old printer over another pc.
