Win 10 v. 2004 installation failed

    Win 10 v. 2004 installation failed


    I have three desktops, two of them successfully updated to Win 10 2004. The third one (4 yrs old), currently at v.1903, does offer in Windows Update "Feature update to Windows 10, version 2004 .... When you are ready for the update, select Download and install."

    I did that, the installation started, all looked good, but when it was over, I was still on v. 1903.

    Is there a log or something where I can find out what went wrong? Anything else I should try?

    Ran setupdiag, here are the files:
    Dropbox - SetupDiag - Simplify your life

    The main log says "SetupDiag was unable to match to any known failure signatures.". I guess that is not good.

    Open administrative Powershell and copy and paste this script > click return > click OK > post a share link

    Windowsupgradetroubleshooting.ps1

    Run V2 > upload results directly into this thread:
