Finding Windows 10 ISO Dowload

You can download an official Windows 10 v1803 ISO from Microsoft using an option in the tutorial below.

Try this page: Download Windows 10. If you set your user agent to something other than Edge, IE, Chrome, or Firefox, you should be able to use the Media Creation Tool to download the ISO directly.
OTOH, you can use the HeiDoc.net Microsoft Windows and Office ISO Download Tool. Even though it's built by a third party, it downloads only from official Microsoft sources.

I first download the latest MCT/Media Creation Tool each time I want to get the .iso or create the bootable USB drive so as to assure I get the current offering. Two days ago I got Version 1803 with Build 17134.1. Then when that install finished the Update and Security updated to Build 17134.81, running it again got the computer to Build 17134.165 although 1 out of 3 installs skipped 17134.165 and went to 17134.167 [the most current]. These were computers that were on Version 1703 and hadn't been in use for awhile.

My 1803 install on the Z170 says it`s 165 and it`s fully updated.

Yeah, the automatic Update and Security doesn't always find .167 but Check for Updates run manually does.

I always run updates manually, but still winver says I have 17134.165

It's possible that .167 doesn't apply to your computer but out of the dozen or so I've done haven't had a problem. They have been a mix of slightly older [3 years to some even older] AMD and Intel CPUs.
