Can you keep a pinned taskbar button availabe when an instance is open

Hi All,

I keep the Windows Explorer icon pinned the the taskbar, as I keep an explorer icon open much of the time, and many time, more than one. I like the ability to open it straight from the taskbar, but wish I could do the same for more than one instance. That isn't possible currently, as the button turns into the instance of the app. Does anyone know if there is a way to keep the pinned button available, even while an instance is running?

Why not just use Win key + e to open another instance?

Right-click on the icon of the taskbar and select 'File Explorer' to open another instance.
