Mouse pointer wont click anything but moves around on 2nd monitor..

This just started happening after 1.5 years of perfect use on new rig Windows 10 22H2 home auto updates always installed. So it doesnt always happens matter of fact most of my time it works great. It doesn only happen when playing a game on first monitor and when I drag cursor over to second monitor in extended mode the cursor will still have the game specific cursor for instance in WoW the mose cursor is a silver hand with a finger pointing instead of the normal windows default arrow. The cursor will move around but hovering over things doesnt bring up preview text and clicking does nothing. Alt tabbing changes nothing and its permanent until I ctril-alt-delete and then choose cancel which always fixes it. It likely is something game related but it happens on all games I play. It didnt used to do this on these same games maybe started 2 weeks ago. Id like to avoid a full reinstall.

Can you take a screenshot of that hand?

You can use the Print Screen button on your keyboard, and press paste in Paint, and save the picture, then upload it.

You can try a Clean Boot. If that works, you can keep it that way, or you can add one Service or Startup item at a time until the behavior returns, then you will know what the culprit is.

This is the in game default cursor for World of Warcraft, when the issue arises and I drag my cursor to my second monitor on extended setting it will drag this instead of automatically turning to the windows cursor. Its like windows isnt realizing im switching to another non-game screen. The game setting is windowed full screen, I also want to reiterate that Ive made no changes to anything when the issue started, didnt change drivers, add software, change game settings or windows settings literally nothing.

Try doing the "-window" mode, and then manually resizing it to fit one whole screen:

Then see if the cursor goes back to normal when it isn't hovering over the game...

This probably won't help, but, it sounds game-related, most games will lock mouse functions to the main game screen/monitor or game window if the game is in windowed mode. Alt-Tab may release the cursor from the game and Alt-Enter will alternate between fullscreen and windowed mode. It depends on how the game is coded, but, usually, second monitors are not properly supported by a game unless instructed to do so via third-party software...
