What app are you using on your PC to view JPG's?? You may just need to associate a filetype to get previews.

I'm new to Cell Phones, so I'm still learning how to do things.

One thing I really wanted to learn was how to download pictures from my Motorola Cell Phone to my PC.
When I first connect my phone and my PC together and tell the phone that I want to transfer photos, I get the black screen as shown in Post #1.
Then I open Windows Explorer and direct it to the phone. I work my way down to DCIM, and move that entire folder to my Desktop.
Now I've got all the pic's on my PC.
Then all I have to do is open DCIM and there's my pic's.

    Good Luck now,

Maybe all the photos are in the iCloud and not the phone's DCIM folder?

Why do you ask these questions if you won't engage or interact with respondents?
