    Solved

Ladies if present and Gentlemen: Thank you very much for the excellent multiple replies. I’ve had this problem for at least a week occurring more often and more severe each morning when I either restarted or booted up the computer. Each day I uninstall the Intel graphics and the NIVDA display adapters. It never helped in the slightest. I did nothing yesterday except I uninstall the Intel graphics adapter and never got around to uninstalling the NIVDA adapter. The problem persisted. When I powered the computer on this morning around 5 AM the abnormality was not present and has not recurred. If the problem re-occur, I will try the suggestions offered and repost. I’ll happily mark and this as solved. Thank you.
