Yes. You can use PayPal or credit card... etc.
I just use my ATM/Credit card.
They do have a "wallet" also. That can "hold" money, for you.
Like if you return a game, they will credit your wallet for next time.
You can also buy "wallet funds". Like put $25.00 in your wallet, and use it whenever.

They have a game client you can download and install, too. But I don't use that.
I just download the offline installers.
The people that run the site, are very nice. I've never had any problems with them.

There's also lots of FREE sites... but the games won't be "fixed" to run on Win 10 or Win 11...

There's a program called DosBox... that is like an emulator for old games. I don't really like it... but it works for most old games...

Spot on mate. I'll be home in a couple of days.
I've got a few more, and I'll have a look through the catalogue.
I played Doom, monkey island, classics of their time
I still play DOOM... it's great when you... just need to kill some monsters.
DOOM comes with it's own cheat codes. I just set it for God mode, all weapons and ammo, and then go crazy.
Those DropBox links in post #12... have everything you need for those games (including the games).
And they all include README files, that tell you how to install them... etc.
Running on Windows 11... (DOOM II - for anyone that's been living under a rock, for the past 30 years).

I have WinXP games, especially for Solitaire, on a couple of computers with Win10 and they also work on Win11. I have Win7 games on Win10 and Win11 because I like its MahJongg game.
