The computer has two different video cards.

The BSOD debugging displayed Nvidia driver problems.

Different driver versions can be tested.

If BSOD reoccur then plan to remove and / or swap GPU cards.

    1) Ensure the GPU is free from dust build up and that the fan is working correctly

    2) Reseat the GPU cards and check all connections are securely made

    3) Check PSU voltages in BIOS
What are the BIOS 3.3, 5 and 12 voltage values?

    4) uninstall the Nvidia GPU driver using DDU (display driver uninstaller)
    5) re-install the Nvidia GPU driver from the Nvidia website
    6) make sure that you check the clean install box and if available install the physx driver.

Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.3.0 (or newer version if available)

    Zbook, Thanks for the reply

I did installed last month the latest Nvidia drivers for the cards Will try to uninstalled and reinsatalled them.

    My interogations are:
    - Could a bad Nvidia driver could cause the PC to not get out of the sleeping mode?
    - These are old cards and not the same. Should I replace both cards and get two newer ones?

Turn off Windows updates of non-Microsoft drivers:

Enable or Disable Driver Updates in Windows Update in Windows 10

Test a driver different from: 23.21.13.9135

    Try older drivers.

If multiple drivers cause BSOD then:
    a) remove one card > evaluate stability instability
    b) remove the other card > evaluate stability instability

See if you can find a friend, neighbor, relative, or local computer store to swap GPU cards.
The cards can be Nvida or AMD.

    Perform two tests:
    a) Test a new card in the problematic computer
    b) test the cards from the problematic computer in another computer

Installbility do seem to come and go. PC was stable for the last three weeks.

You asked in the prvious post about the voltage. I installed HWinfo64. Result for the last 15 minutes

    3.3v: Minimum: 3.324v Max: 3.344v
    12v: Minimum:11.088v Max:11.227v

I did start the log application from HWinfo. Will look at it toomorow.

You are not running the V2 log collector, you are ru8nning the older DM log collector. Please follow instructions and run V2.

    Code:
The last two dumps were: VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (116)
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
You have a NVIDIA GeForce GT 630. That should not be too old for Windows 10.
    You have:
    Version: 391.35
    Release Date: 2018-03-22

Latest version on the Nvidia web site is:

    Version: 456.71 WHQL
    Release Date: 2020.10.7

Remove and install latest Nvidia drivers:

Get the latest driver for your Nvidia card here: NVIDIA Driver Downloads
Completely uninstall the current Nvidia display drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) from WagnardMobile here: Official Download Here. Do this in Safe Mode.

Then do a custom install of only the Nvidia Graphics and PhysX driver.

See if that gets rid of the problem.

When checking voltages it's best to view them in the BIOS > take pictures > post images into the thread

    Hello again
    You wrote:

I did start a log from HWinfo for the voltage variation not from V2 or DM

I did used and installed the V2 and DM provided from your previous post 2 or 3 weeks ago. I tought that I followed the instruction, but I may not well understood or decode (English is not my first language) some instructions if so I will redo them . Sorry and no offence for me

    Not a problem Martin.

    You're 12V looks a little low.

Run V2 log collector when you can please. The instructions for running it are here: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

    Good morning Ztruker
PC did failed to restart from the sleeping mode again this morning
Last night I did removed and reinstall the Nvidia Driver. I was not able to install the proposed driver for the GT 630 card, so I went to the card product Zotac and install the file
Did test the 12v with a multimeter on an unused disk drive plug. Measurment is a clean 12v
I removed and replaced the power cable on the PC board to make sure that the 12v was well seated.Did the V2 collector

    You have a Gigabyte BaseBoard B75M-D3H, what Rev? 1.0, 1.1 or 1.2?

The dumps from the 18th also indicate Nvidia driver problems.

GPU.txt says you have two Nvidia cards:

NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 ver 361.75 date 2016-01-21
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti ver 361.75 date 2016-01-21

You back-leveled them quite a bit.
Both cards have much newer drivers available on the Nvidia web site.
Why can't you install the newer driver for the 630?
You also need to do the same for the 550 Ti.

    Are they both in use?
