    Outlook 2013 update error Error 0x80240017


    I have a problem, with a user who has one single update that will not apply to the machine.
    Security Update for Microsoft Outlook 2013 (KB3172519) RT - Error 0x80240017
    I have tried the http://www.thewindowsclub.com/error-...-on-windows-10
    twice no luck and still unable to apply the update, as anyone else been able to resolve this particular update .

    Hi mevanspremier14.

    In googling I received hits on just about every repair method going.

    So you could try a more complete reset of Windows Update.

    Reset Windows Update in Windows 10

    Sounds like you are pretty experience when you say you have one user. Has sfc or dism reported any corruption.

    May also be worth doing a repair on Office 2013 Installation
